We stayed at Víkar Camping in the summer of 2022 and I must say, if you are looking for the perfect location, you won´t find any better this. Stay minutes from some of the Faroe Islands most famous attractions, but still close to all of the major villages too, like Klaksvík, Runavík and Tórshavn. Furthermore, there is a commercial area just a 5 minutes drive from the Víkar Camping, which includes two large supermarkets, some shops and a takeaway, which we found to be very helpful.
We simply cannot recommend this place enough.
